A few weeks ago, I wrote about the Bosom Buddies – breast cancer survivors who have formed a dragon boat team in Nova Scotia – an incredible group of women who are real examples of strength and hope in our community.
The carnation ceremony was in honour of 2 wonderful women who are no doubt greatly missed and forever remembered.
My thoughts are with the families and friends and I hope a cure is found one day soon. Thank you again to the Bosom Buddies for sharing your day and being such amazing role models.
